Philbrick Commons

Phase II of Philbrick Commons is almost Complete!

Last year, five wonderful homeowners, who partnered with Midcoast Habitat, purchased their small, affordable home in this pocket-neighborhood. Before year end, the remaining 7 homeowners will hold the keys to their home.  In September, we will host a home dedication and celebration in the neighborhood and the homeowners will be able to invite their friends and family. The second phase is expected to be finished by late fall 2023.

Throughout the year, there are many local groups from the community, as well as from other states volunteering their time to support affordable housing in Knox County.

If you are interested in volunteer opportunities, as an individual or group, please email, admin@midcoasthabitat.org or call (207) 236-6123.

The Homeowner Support and Selection Committee is currently reviewing applications for future partner families. If you are interested in partnering with Midcoast Habitat for Humanity and owning a safe, affordable home in Knox County, please contact Midcoast Habitat at 207- 236-6123 or complete an online application.
