Philbrick Commons

Philbrick Commons Pocket Neighborhood is Complete!

In February, the last of twelve homeowners, who partnered with Midcoast Habitat, purchased their small, affordable home in this pocket-neighborhood. Last September, we hosted a home dedication and celebration in the neighborhood for the homeowners, their friends and family.

Over the past several years, there have been many local groups from our community, as well as from other states volunteering their time to support affordable housing in Knox County.

If you are interested in volunteer opportunities, as an individual or group, please email, admin@midcoasthabitat.org or call (207) 236-6123.

The Homeowner Support and Selection Committee is currently reviewing applications for future partner families. If you are interested in partnering with Midcoast Habitat for Humanity and owning a safe, affordable home in Knox County, please contact Midcoast Habitat at 207- 236-6123 or complete an online application.
